Beyonce and Jay Z are rumored to be buying Petra Ecclestone’s $105 million estate “The Manor” in Hollywood, as they plan their move to Los Angeles. The 57,000 square-foot home is owned by Candy Spelling in Los Angeles.
Candy Spelling, widow of entertainment mogul Aaron Spelling is placing “The Manor” in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood on the market for a jaw-dropping $150 million, making it by far the most expensive home for sale in the U.S. The 6-acre mansion “The Manor” at 594 Mapleton Drive in Bel Air, Los Angeles, has 123 rooms, a bowling alley, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, screening room and four 2-car garages.
Spelling bought the property in 1983, a house that had belonged to Bing Crosby. He demolished the original house and built this mansion.
